1. Introduction

Welcome to Vardhan Holidays India. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, booking portal, and travel services. By accessing our platform or booking a tour package, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been successfully processed through our secure payment gateway.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed. Prices include taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Promo Codes: Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the travel date will receive a 100% refund (minus a 5% processing fee).
• Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior, or no-shows, are strictly non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

Vardhan Holidays India reserves the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or transport arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, political unrest, natural disasters, or strikes). We will always attempt to provide a substitute of equal or higher value. We are not liable for compensation if a trip is delayed or cancelled due to Force Majeure events.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

• Ensuring all personal information provided during booking is accurate.
• Possessing valid identification documents (Aadhar, Passport, Visas) required for travel.
• Respecting local customs, dress codes (especially in temples), and heritage monuments. Defacing heritage property will result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

Your privacy is our priority. This section outlines how we handle your data:

• Data We Collect: We collect your name, email, phone number, payment details, and passenger manifest data solely for the purpose of booking and managing your trip.
• Data Usage: Your data is used to generate digital tickets, communicate itinerary updates, and provide AI Concierge support.
• Data Protection: All payment transactions are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.

7. Information Sharing

Vardhan Holidays India will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share necessary data with trusted partners (hotels, transport providers, local guides) exclusively to fulfill your travel arrangements.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.
